XAM Creative

Real footage. AI video.
One studio.

We shoot what has to be real: the product, the factory, the people. Then we build the shots a camera can't reach with AI, check every one against the real product, and cut versions in 9:16, 4:5 and 1:1 so you can test more than one idea.

Where video budgets run out.

Ads now need many versions in many sizes. A single shoot and a single master edit rarely cover it.

01

“We need ten ad versions. The budget covers one shoot.”

Every new idea used to mean a new shoot. Mixing real footage with AI shots lets one shoot feed many versions.

02

“The TVC was cropped to 9:16 and the product fell out of frame.”

Vertical, feed and square placements need their own framing. Cropping a widescreen master loses what matters.

03

“AI video we've seen looks fake, or shows a product we don't sell.”

AI shots have to match the real product: its shape, finish and materials. If they don't, the ad promises something you can't deliver.

04

“We need one video for partners and fifty for TikTok.”

A corporate film and a TikTok series need different scripts, crews and edits. Most suppliers do one or the other.

The shift

Shoot what's real. Generate what's hard. Check every frame.

That is why every Studio X project starts with real footage of your product, and every AI shot is checked against it before a version leaves the studio.

What we deliver

Four ways Studio X works.

Our core team runs the idea, the shoot and the edit, and brings in people from our production network when a project needs them.

Product Films, TVCs and Corporate Video

From a film on Kangaroo's record-holding factory, with drone shots over the whole site, to a short TVC and a YouTube product series. We write the idea, script and storyboard, then shoot and edit.

  • Concept, script and storyboard you approve before we shoot
  • Factory, office, store and home locations
  • Drone, day and night footage
  • Voice-over scripts and casting

AI Shots, Checked Against the Real Product

We combine real footage with AI video to show scenes a shoot can't reach on budget. Every AI shot is checked against the real product, and materials are described exactly as the product page states them. For Australian brands, the work follows Australian Consumer Law.

  • Real product footage as the base for every video
  • AI scenes and shots built around it
  • Each shot checked for shape, finish and materials
  • No fake scarcity and no fake reviews

Ad Videos in Every Ratio

Each ad video sticks to one idea and runs about half a minute. We cut it in 9:16 for Reels, Stories and TikTok, 4:5 for feed and 1:1 for square placements, and make several ideas so you can test them against each other.

  • 9:16, 4:5 and 1:1 exports
  • Several concepts per brief, one idea per video
  • Logo intros, end frames and copy for each placement
  • Files named and delivered for your ad team

Photography and Post-Production

Factory, product, food and event photography, plus the edit: colour, sound, motion graphics and retouching. For one Nguyen Kim event we selected and retouched more than 100 photos from around 1,400 raw shots.

  • Product, factory, food and event photography
  • Editing, colour and sound
  • Motion graphics and voice-over
  • Retouching and delivery for web, social and print
How we work

From brief to every version.

STEP 01

Brief and idea

We start from the product, the platform and the message, then write scripts and storyboards you approve before we shoot.

STEP 02

Shoot what's real

Our crew films the product, the place and the people, in the studio or on location.

STEP 03

Build and check AI shots

We add AI scenes where they help, then check each one against the real product and the product page.

STEP 04

Cut every version

Edit, colour, sound and motion graphics, exported in each ratio the placements need.

Why XAM

Not a camera crew. Not an AI tool.

The usual production vendor
  • One master edit cropped for every channel
  • A new shoot for every new idea
  • AI clips that never saw the real product
  • Script, shoot and edit split across suppliers
  • Delivers the files and walks away
Studio X
  • Edits framed for 9:16, 4:5 and 1:1 from the start
  • Real footage plus AI shots, so one shoot feeds many versions
  • Every AI shot checked against the product and its page
  • Idea, shoot and edit run by one team
  • Several concepts to test, one idea per video
Questions

Before you ask.

No. The product, the factory and the people are filmed for real. AI fills in scenes that would be slow or costly to shoot, and every AI shot is checked against the real product.

It shouldn't, and we check that it doesn't. Materials are described exactly as your product page states them. For Australian brands, the work follows Australian Consumer Law.

9:16 for Reels, Stories and TikTok, 4:5 for feed and 1:1 for square placements, plus widescreen for YouTube, TV and outdoor screens.

Studio X makes the videos. For Cedora, another team runs the ads; we review the accounts and send feedback on the creative.

In Ho Chi Minh City and on location: we have filmed in factories, stores, homes and on the street, including Kangaroo's factory in Hung Yen and a furniture factory for Cedora.
