XAM Creative

Posting every day
isn't a plan.

We plan your month in a shared calendar, then design, shoot and write every post. Captions go out in Vietnamese and English, in Australian English for Australian brands. When creators fit the brief, we book KOCs and KOLs, approve their content and report what it reached.

Where social content stalls.

Most brands don't lack ideas. They lack a calendar, a steady pair of hands and someone who checks the work before it goes live.

01

“We post when someone has time.”

Without a calendar, the page goes quiet for weeks, then fills with whatever was ready. Followers notice.

02

“Our photos look like everyone else's.”

Stock images and quick phone shots don't show your product. People scroll past what they've seen before.

03

“We booked creators and got ten versions of the same video.”

A KOC needs a brief written for their channel and a review before posting, or the content all sounds like an ad.

04

“Our Australian customers can tell the copy was translated.”

Prices in AUD, sizes in metric, spelling in Australian English. Small details decide whether a post reads as local.

The shift

A feed is built a month at a time, not a post at a time.

That is why every client starts with a calendar you can see and comment on, and every post, photo and creator video is checked against it before it goes out.

What we deliver

Four parts of a working social channel.

Planning, design, photography and creators, run from one calendar so nothing waits on another supplier.

Monthly Content Calendar

We plan each month in a shared Google Sheet: topics, formats, dates and captions, ready for you to approve before anything is made.

  • Content direction and visual guidelines for each channel
  • Formats mixed for the platform: Q&A posts, how-tos, minigames, short video
  • Facebook, Instagram and TikTok scheduling
  • A report at the end of each month or round: reach, views and follows

Design and Captions

Our designer, Tuki, makes the social and ad designs. Captions are written in Vietnamese and English, and in Australian English with AUD prices and metric sizes for Australian brands.

  • Post, story and ad designs in one look
  • Captions in Vietnamese and English
  • Australian English copy for AU clients
  • Copy for products checked against the product page

Product and Food Photography

We style and shoot the product ourselves, so your feed shows the real thing. For Ottogi we shot dishes made with its seaweed, marinades, noodles and rice cakes, and a seven-recipe cookbook with a Caravelle hotel chef.

  • Food styling and product shoots
  • Lifestyle and factory photography
  • Photo sets reused on social, websites and at point of sale
  • Retouching and delivery in the sizes each channel needs

04 · Creators

KOC and KOL Booking

We choose creators who fit the product, handle contracts, write a brief for each channel and approve content before it goes live. After posting we collect the links and ad codes so the brand can keep promoting the strongest videos as ads.

  • Creator selection, contracts and briefs
  • A separate script for each KOC when the launch needs it
  • Draft review before anything is posted
  • Links, ad codes and a views report after each round
How we work

One month, four steps.

STEP 01

Plan the month

We agree topics, formats and dates in a shared calendar. You comment on it before we make anything.

STEP 02

Make the content

Design, photography, video and captions, made to the calendar and checked against your product details.

STEP 03

Post and book creators

We schedule the posts, brief the KOCs and KOLs, and review their drafts before they go live.

STEP 04

Report and adjust

Reach, views and follows for the month or round, and what we'll change in the next calendar.

  • Your own product, styled and shot by our crew
  • Vietnamese and English captions, Australian English for AU
  • A brief per creator and a review before every post
  • A report on reach, views and follows, plus next month's changes
Questions

Before you ask.

Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. We plan each one separately, because a TikTok video and a Facebook post do different jobs.

Yes. For Cedora we write in Australian English, with prices in AUD and sizes in metric, and describe materials exactly as the product page states them.

Yes. We have booked creators for Ottogi, Kikkoman, Verites and Fujifilm instax. For the instax mini 13 launch, nine creator videos drew about 1.03 million views, according to XAM's report.

Our designer, Tuki, makes the social and ad designs, and our crew styles and shoots the product. For bigger shoots we bring in people from our production network.

At the end of each month or creator round you get reach, views and follows from the platforms, the links to every post, and what we plan to change next.
